Yesterday my husband told me he had “excellent news” to tell me in person. & my first thought was “NO DEPLOYMENT!!” and so I had hoped for it. And there IS hope after all;) His news took me by surprise, I have never been so happy to here the words and though its not indefinite because things always can change in the military, knowing so is good enough. Having him here much longer than I can expect is good enough.

So its finally starting to look like winter in Washington State. November rain is pouring heavy and loud…. although its nice to see the sun still try to shine in every now and again. I have today off which of course is very rare seeing as with my new schedule at work I barely ever get my Fridays off! But its a great way to start the weekend! Now if only my husband were here to enjoy it with me. I feel like each day I cross off the calendar takes me closer to the day when he will depart again:( It really doesn’t help when the Army sends him off to training all the time either. & just as you know it, like today… he’s gone again, not for too long but still gone. Its sucks. I tried to sleep in as much as I could but ended up waking maybe but a few hours after he had left. *sigh* Not to mention I’m not feeling up to par…. guess my weekend will be spent indoors.

I have done a lot of exploring in the State of Washington. I feel like I have seen more than a local resident has ever seen over the span of years while I’ve seen places each month, sometimes weeks. I am definitely hoping to explore some more and outside my comfort zone.

Travel is underway:D

So Cal (haven’t been there in a long while, oh how I miss it), Arizona, Canada, and other places are currently on the agenda:) I cannot wait! Next year I hope to visit Yen in HB and Madel up north.. man oh man. First things first, saving money!
