Early Morning Rant.

Its no fun getting up at 5:30am in the morning when you don’t really have to do anything. Well in my case, I do have to do a few things but the fact that I am awake out of my norm, especially when I don’t have to be at work until 10AM, really blows. So here I am making a quick rant about it. LOL. Although I must say, after a half hour past I think I am almost about set for my day. Just a bit of coffee and I will be good to go! Off to do some last minute cleaning!

Which is why I had to get up in the first place (not necessarily this early but I figured at best.):P

100 Subbies & A Contest Idea:)

I don’t know when but as it turns out, I finally hit 100 subscriptions on my YouTube Channel! YAY:) I know its not that much compared to others but I am just really amazed that I have even over 50! lol I started my YouTube channel in order to make comments on my husband’s (THEN: fiance) videos and use the Favorite button. When I made the move out of California (EEP!) to Washington State I began to make videos to document my life for my friends and family back home to see. There were even a few videos in hopes for my hubby to see when he was deployed! And how could I forget all that time I spent being inspired by Michelle Phan to possibly get into my own makeup videos. Of course being the low maintenance gal that I am, I pretty much settled into haul videos and iPhone vlogs.

With all that back story (phew!), I would like to express my interest in holding a contest to say THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ARE REMOTELY INTERESTED IN WHATEVER I PUT UP AS A VIDEO:D:D:D:D I was thinking of making one semi-big prize, or a goodies bag of some of my favorite makeup items.

HMMM…. What to do? Any Suggestions???

Wow! It’s been one full month since I have made a post here. I know that it doesn’t seem that long at all it has been for me. What with all that has been going on with me and all around me. I haven’t been up to too much in general. I just got finished with a YouTube “30 Day Challenge” with a bunch of my friends that are scattered around the Bay Area. Oh how I miss the Bay. *le sigh*…

The “Challenge” was about making a video per day for 30 days, with a different topic to tackle for each of those days. It was pretty awesome, exciting, and exhausting at the same time but nonetheless I feel greatly accomplished for finishing it! Only 4 of (us) 6 were able to complete it. Not even Pauline, who happened to be the one who thought it up, was unable to finish. But she’s a WAY busy bee lol. It was really awesome to see all my friends participating and sharing things about them that I thought I knew but turned out I never really knew at all. I miss them lots!!

In other news, I kind of developed this temporary high of compulsive shopping. It sounds really bad. I’m usually really good at just buying only the things I need but lately I’ve just been buying little things every now and again because I know that I have always wanted it/wanted to try it. With that said, it all started in the month of June, when I got hooked to some beauty gurus on YouTube. Such shame but I really mostly just enjoy watching them but once I started to try some things, I really got into the habit of purchasing all these beauty items I have been wanting to try. Not only that but I have become a YouTube junkie! Watching other channels but also tending to my own. Its amazing how we can get hooked on this most simplest of things that bring us enjoyment. 

But Happiness is Key in life. Even if something is temporary, just the experience of it can leave you find a permanent kind. At that goes for most anything:)
